Industrial Innovation and Modern Business Model-Enlightenment for Chinese Enterprises from Kodak Bankruptcy Protection

　　Although Kodak Company had created and recorded an image empire by use of the film,now it seems to leave a business case which a giant company fall down suddenly.Kodaks failure gives us lots of enlightenment and warnings.With the rapid development of Chinese economics,many world-class companies appear in China.In the paper,the reasons of Kodaks failure are analyzed.Meanwhile,the actions of Fuji and Kodak are compared in the transition.On basis of Kodaks diseases and the similar problems existed in China time-honored firms and large state-owned enterprises,how to develop,innovate and respond to the marketing challenge are discussed.
