Evaluation of Multinational Corporations’ R&D Knowledge Spillover Absorptive Capability of Enterprise on Improved Fuzzy TOPSIS

　　An index model is developed for evaluating multinational corporations R&D knowledge spillover absorptive capability of an enterprise.With this model,a knowledge spillover absorptive capability evaluation approach is proposed.This approach is based on improved Fuzzy TOPSIS.Fuzzy triangular numbers is used to determine fuzzy weights of the indices,while Fuzzy TOPSIS is adopted to construct a weighted fuzzy evaluation matrix.In this way,the difference between the knowledge spillover absorptive capability of an enterprise and the theoretical one can be obtained,which reflects knowledge spillover absorptive capability for different enterprises.A case study is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
