The Discussion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Alliance Model-A Proposed Concept HCA

摘要：

　　Since the concept strategic alliance has been put forward,the number of alliances is growing and the form is varied.Companies are combined with its own characteristics to form the alliance which are suitable for their own development.Under the background of the current economic environment,Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises(hereinafter referred to as SMEs)also need the help of a new cooperation i.e.alliance to seek better development.Based on a fact that our most SME has the characteristics of homogeneity and competitive,this paper puts forward the concept of Homogeneity Competitive Alliance i.e.HCA,in order to provide help to the development of SMEs in our country.
