Key Parameters Optimization Method for a Two-Stroke Gasoline Engine Ports
Port parameters of a two-stroke gasoline engine have an important role to improve fuel efficiency and get a lot of attention recently.This paper establishes a certain-type three-dimensional model of two-stroke gasoline engine using CATIA5.0,analyses the key parameters of ports,inspecting its rationality based on the mid-value method of main parameters of two-stroke gasoline engine ports,at same time set up its calculation model by the way of AVL_BOOST,whose validity is verified via engine bench test results,further putting forward reasonable parameter values and specific improvement programs.After optimization,effective power increases 4.20%,meanwhile fuel consumption reduces by 5.27%.
