The Current Situation and Countermeasures of China’s Food Safety Policy Assessment System
The system of food safety policy assessment is an emerging thing in China.As there are many problems in both theory and practice,it cannot be assessed objectively whether the policy are reasonable or not,resulting in some seemingly reasonable policies which are not actually.And some of the policies which are even harmful to society con not be found.Meanwhile,the problems of food security cannot be solved.Taking public policy assessment as a starting point,this thesis puts forward the future direction and measures of improving the system of Chinas food security policy assessment after an analysis of the present situation and problems at home,and a study of oversea cases.Food safety is a major issue concerns human health and national livelihoods.In the process of food safety policy laid down and the subsequent actual implementation,how to evaluate whether these law and policy would achieve its ethical purposes,political purposes,economic goals and social purposes better,is a subject of complex reality system.
