The Study on Operation Mode of Enterprise Annuity for Institutions in Guangdong, China

摘要：

　　Under the correct leadership of the CPC central committee and the state council,all over the country have launched the reform of social insurance system in conformity with their public institution.In terms of Guangdong,provincial institution of occupational pension system reform will focus on expanding the occupational pension coverage of cities and regional institution,establish the multi-level and multi-pillar pension insurance system,and give full play to their role as the annuity pillar of endowment insurance.In this paper,authors put forward the measures of Guangdong institutions to build occupational pension through the introduction of the characteristics of institution reform,exiting problems and various conditions need to be prepared.
