　　Currently,the active talent market makes an increasingly competitive with the employing enterprises.Based on the “funnel principle that the export depends on the import,we must first ensure that there are adequate sources of talents,in order to select and recruit the right talents which business needs.However,the choice of recruitment channels and methods makes a direct impact on the quantity and quality of candidates.Therefore,how to choose effective recruitment channels and methods becomes one of the focus of todays competition for talents.
