摘要：

　　This paper researched the refinement of the work of college counselors under new circumstances,illustrated the connotation of the refinement of counselors work,demonstrated the importance and the necessity of instituting the refinement management,and further explored the refinement management idea namely the construction strategy of the work of college counselors.
