An Analysis on the Training of Civil Servants at Grassroots Level
In the China,civil servants at grassroots level are closely connected with ordinary people and shoulder the responsibility of publicizing and implementing governmental policies and improve the relation between governments and people.In the era of knowledge economy when the updating of knowledge is faster and faster,more requirements and higher standard have been placed on the working capability of civil servants at grassroots level.In this sense,training is of great importance to improve their overall quality and working efficiency.The article,focused on the main problems and the causes of them in the training of grassroots civil servants,attempts to work out relevant solutions to enhance the training effectiveness.
