The New-Generation Rural Workers Employability Research
The new-generation rural workers have become an important part of the contemporary Chinese industrial workers.They have important implications for Chinas modernization and urbanization.However,the employment capacity of the new-generation rural workers is not high enough.The employment environment is still bad.In this paper,based on the theory of employability,by analyzing the status of their employment,we proposed countermeasures set to enhance the generation of migrant workers employability,which includes providing skills training,government policy and legal support,labor market allocation of resources,workers itself establishing a correct concept of employment.These countermeasures provide new ideas,new methods to study the new-generation rural workers employment.
