Investigation and Application of BIM for Building Costs of Project Management

摘要：

　　The occurrence and application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)has brought a reformation to the realm of building costs management.The paper focuses on the recent development of project building costs investigation both in the domestic and abroad,along with the concept and some features of BIM.Taking a practical case as an example,the paper reveals how the BIM technology is applied during different stages of project management,and reflects the advantages and wide potential application of BIM as well.
