Research on Regional Low Carbon Economic Development Level in China

摘要：

　　Based on the concept of low carbon economy,a comprehensive evaluation index system was build from four aspects such as carbon emission,energy utilization,environmental protection and development ability.Entropy weight method was applied to estimate and analysis the development level of low-carbon economy of 3 main regions in China.The result shows that there are significant differences among 3 main regions.Relative advices are proposed to improve regional low carbon economy.
