Evaluating the Economic Development Performance with Carbon Dioxide Emission of Provincial Capital Cities in China

摘要：

　　This paper evaluates the economic development performance with carbon dioxide emission of thirty provincial capital cities in China from 2009 to 2011 based the DEA model for undesirable outputs,and analyzes the influence factors of economic development performance.Results should that the economic development performance of provincial capital cities is low,and there exists great space to improve.Provincial capital cities should take measures to further increase inputs on science and technology,improve energy utilization efficiency,speed up urbanization,and develop more tertiary industry.
