The Study on Vocational Pressure Management of Preschool Teachers

  To explore the status and factors affecting vocational pressure of preschool teachers and promote their pressure management,485 preschool teachers were asked to finish the Preschool Teacher Vocational Pressure Questionnaire.The results showed 68%preschool teachers felt great pressure.The major pressure stressors were salary environment,work duty,individual ability and external expectation in turns.Age,marriage status,professional title,the kindergarten nature were important influencing factors on vocational pressure for preschool teachers,whether preschool teachers undertook the posts,the class kinds and students numbers didnt have an obvious effects on vocational pressure of preschool teachers.The better vocational pressure management needs the common and long-term devotion of preschool teachers,managers of kindergarten and governors of administrative department.
