An Empirical Study on the Social Network Construction of Enterprises in Beijing High-End Industrial Park

摘要：

　　Network-based growth is redeemed as a growth mechanism of high efficiency under the sophisticated and dynamic business environment,but for the enterprises,the situation of social network construction remains to be not optimistic.This paper makes use of the survey data from 200 enterprises in Beijing High-end Industrial Park to analyze the current status of enterprises social network construction,including network scale,network relation intensity,etc.Then it excavates the existing problems and puts forward recommendations to promote the enterprises social network construction as well as their healthy and sustainable growth from perspective of enterprises themselves and governments role.
