The Enlightenment of the Evolution of European and American Energy Policy on the Energy Strategy in China
Energy issue is closely connected to national economy and security,energy strategy is the fundamental policy concerned with the future of our country.Analyzed from the strategic analysis,energy policy is a kind of intangible “currency,which is the governments soft investment and intervention to the development orientation of energy industry.The adjustment and deep reform shall be continued in the aspect of energy policy in order to propel the development of new energy and renewable energy sources in China,and then achieve the target and requirement of the government plan.However,the relatively mature European and American energy policies and strategies influence our country significantly and profoundly with some referential meaning.Consequently,in China,the future energy strategy shall switch to global scope and longer cycle of the Chinese development,and thus make sure the effective implementation,such as ensuring supply,priority of energy conservation,structure optimization,environmentally friendly,and the market-driven energy sustainable development.
