Interaction Between Knowledge Innovation and Human Resources Training and Enterprise Development
In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovation becomes a basic rule of survival for enterprises to deal with the fierce competition.This paper presents that there is an indivisible intrinsic link between the knowledge innovation and human resources training of enterprises; that knowledge innovation has become the main source of the core competitiveness of enterprises,i.e.success of an enterprise must result from the continuous knowledge innovation; the paper also argues that the cultivation of innovative talents has become the decisive factor for the development of a knowledge-based enterprise; that the capability of knowledge innovation is an important goal for the human resources training.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovation becomes a basic survival rule of enterprises to deal with the fierce competition.Modern enterprises are the main body of independent knowledge innovation,so the training of knowledge innovative talents is a prerequisite for independent knowledge innovation for enterprises.Therefore,there is an indivisible intrinsic link between the knowledge innovation and human resources training of enterprises.
