Analysis of Causes of MDR-TB Patients’ Failure to Carry Out the Treatment in Five Chinese Cities

　　Multi drug resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB)is an important source of infection,and it has been a big obstacle to the TB control process.The Chinese Ministry of science and technology conducted standardized treatment management on the patients in in five Chinese cities.However,a substantial proportion of patients failure to carry out the treatment because of death,floating population,poor compliance,high cost of treatment,lost contact and other reasons.We analyzed the above reasons and put forward policy recommendations.
