The Study on Energy Supervising Platform Construction of Economical Campus

摘要：

　　As a new energy management method,the energy supervising platform can greatly enhance the energy management level of campus,provide data basis and technology support for the construction of green campus.Firstly,the functions of energy supervising platform are systematically analyzed in this paper,and then its five composition parts are described in detail.Again,the design ideas and system structure are introduced.Finally,some safeguard measures of energy supervising platform construction are presented in four aspects of organization,institution,funding and propaganda.
