Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Between R&D Investment and Ownership Concentration:The Evidence from Private Listed Enterprises

　　This paper discusses the problem of the R&D Investment from the angle of private enterprises,using the data of private listed enterprises which publicize R&D expenditure from 2008 to 2010.The empirical result shows that the ownership concentration has a great influence on the R&D investment: as the ownership concentration increases,the R&D investment first declines,then increases.This paper narrows the research object of the study on the relationship between ownership concentration and R&D investment.
