An Approach to Refining Risk of Process Decision-Making During Total Quality Management

　　The new 7 methods,which were developed and popularized with the sciences and technology progress,are comprehensive and thought-provoking quality management skills.PDPC method was an effective tool to achieve the pre-programmed aim,but in practice,we need to prioritize the scenarios.And decision-making analysis technique in risk evaluating was an effective method to make scientific decision.In the science research management of weapons,we found that the thoughts of PDPC(process decision program chart)method were in good agreement with the structures of decision tree.Then,this paper also introduced the risk evaluation theory into process decision-making of quality management,and presented the accurate model for total quality management.
