Structural System Construction and Strategy Guarantees on Revenue Management of Healthcare Services in China’s Public Hospitals

摘要：

　　Although research results on revenue management theory and its market segmentation,demand forecasting,pricing strategy and other core issues in the field of service management,such as airlines,hotels and tourism,are fruitful,there are few scholars doing systematic and comprehensive study on revenue management theory of healthcare services.This paper mainly aims to apply revenue management theory and methods to Chinas public hospitals.It constructs structural system of public hospital healthcare services revenue management and puts forward strategy guarantees from two aspects of price and resources to increase the income of healthcare services in Chinas hospitals.Under the new healthcare service reform,this article provides certain reference for the reform of healthcare services management in Chinas public hospitals.
