Research on Layout Optimization and Improvement of Workshop Logistics Based on Witness

摘要：

　　Meliorative analyses for specific logistics layout can be conducted with the example of a wind power plant.The layout of the production site was optimized with the system layout planning(SLP)method; the on-site inventory was tidied with 5s; the production line was optimized with the principle of ECRS.At last,modeling and simulating the logistics layout and production process before and after with Witness,which analyze the feasibility of the improved layout.
