Financial Management Risks and Preventive Measures in Real Estate Enterprises

  With the development of economy and the transition of the housing policy,the domestic real estate industry developed fast and made a great contribution to the rapid growth of national economy.But the real estate enterprises have characteristics as net inflow,long production cycle,high-risk and high-yield,which make their heavily reliant on bank loans,coupled with the recent series of policies and regulations of the countries frequently for intensify the regulation of the real estate market,many companies are under a series of financial risk.In this paper,the definition and contents of the real estate enterprises financial risk are introduced; In view of the real estate enterprises facing the new economic situation and market environment,this paper introduces the exposed problems in the enterprises; Finally this paper sums up the importance of financial risk management for enterprises,analysis its causes and gives measures and suggestions to strengthen financial management in terms of the financing,investment,capital operation and profit distribution in four aspects of the real estate enterprises.
