Factors Evaluation and Analysis on Influencing Virtual Reference Disk

摘要：

　　With the development of networks,many libraries have established their Virtual Reference Desk.However,due to various reasons,the good and bad are intermingled,the Librarys Virtual Reference Desk needs to make the appraisal objectively to it,promotes the Virtual Reference Desk building.In light of this situation,the paper uses DEMATEL method to carry on the incidence analysis on all possible factors influencing the Virtual Reference Desk,the systematic analysis synthesis influence index of each influencing factors,so the major factors are recognized,according to their the central degrees,Based on the above,the construction of the Virtual Reference Desks key is established.
