Standardization in Social Management Innovation:Best Practices of Basic-Level Government in China

摘要：

　　It is a solid foundation and important approach to maintain social stability and build up a harmonious society by social management innovation of local government.In this paper,we analyze the importance and mechanism of standardization action in social management innovation of basic-level government.Besides,we also select typical standardization cases in several local governments,such as Wenchuan of Sichuan Province,Jinan of Shandong Province to verify the mechanism,aiming to provide useful reference based on these practical experiences for other countries,especially in developing countries.
