The Research of Enterprise Financial Credit Oriented Corporate Social Performance

　　Financial credit is the key factor to determine the survival and development of private enterprises.The development of Chinas private enterprises affected the healthy and steady development of our economy and society to a great extent.Financial credit is to respect and maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the parties in the transaction market credit economy.In this view,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinas private enterprises,financial credit and the credit behavior of the causes and control of financial credit behavior,as to the differences in credit and foreign finance of private enterprises in China,a private enterprise in practical analysis suggested the presence of financial credit of private enterprises in China and puts forward some effective control measures.
