Dynamic simulation research on hydraulic system of backhoe dredger excavator

  The hydraulic system of BA1100 backhoe machine was carried out as the research object in this paper,and then built the Mechanical-Hydraulic Co-Simulation model with Solidworks,AMEsim and ADAMS software.Through the model,we can analyze the change of pressure and flow rate of hydraulic cylinder in the condition of lifting,thus to study the suitability and stability of the hydraulic system.This simulation research lays a foundation for improving the hydraulic system and real-time monitoring,at the same time pro-vides the reference value to master the dynamic characteristics of backhoe ma-chine hydraulic system.
