Improvement of Electromagnetic Pouring Control of Aluminium Alloys by Magnetoweighting Casting Installation

摘要：

　　In work the improved methods of management by the electromagnetic pouring of aluminium alloys application results by magnetoweighting installation are resulted.A new decision of the magnetoweighting casting installation with the microprocessor block of control are presented,providing the automatic control and management by the dosed pouring of aluminium melt in casting forms.The result of experimental researches about application of the improved methods of management by the electromagnetic pouring of aluminium alloy are presented,that executed on the pre-production model of magnetoweighting installation.
