Research on Ecological Industry Park Based on the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjing-Hebei area as state premier development strategy will exert important and guiding significance on the planning of ecological industry park in this area especially in Hei Bei province,which,geographically embracing Beijing and Tianjing,should focus on the establishment of green concept and strengthening of the environment-friendly measures,properly combining the eco-construction,eco-protection, eco-recovery and the reasonable use of natural resources with the development of social economy and urban and rural construction in terms of scientific and reasonable planning,protecting plants,land acquisition and housing demolition and relocation by law,sticking to the principle of sustainable development,developing high-end model of green and low carbon to promote the construction of ecological industry park and the output of economic benefit.
