Research on Equipment Reliability Prediction and Reliability Allocation Method Based on RCM
Traditional manual modeling and analysis method cannot meet today’s requirements of high-tech equipment for reliability and maintainability.The RCManalysis methods proposed to study the reliability of electronic equipment,as well as reliability allocation method.We use Lambda Predict microcontroller-based instrumentation and control equipment part of the circuit to set up the model and make a reliability prediction analysis and reliability allocation study.At last,we get the expected results of the analysis equipment reliability.
