The Study on Service Quality Measurement of Culture Heritage Travel----Based on the Case of Chinese Duan-ink Stone Culture County Travel
The cultural heritage travel has become more and more popular all over the world, is also one of the most important way to protect and develop the cultural heritage.Chinese duan-ink stone culture county is a scenic area taking the duan-ink stone craftsmanship, which is national intangible cultural heritage.The travel program in Chinese duan-ink stone culture county is invested by government of Zhaoqing, Guangdong province in 2004.It is a comprehensive program including to change the county into a variety of functions such as tourism, shopping, collection and cultural communication.Although the country is rich in cultural and natural scenic resources, currently the program has had poor performance, the service quality problem is the key issue.The paper explores service quality measurement in this field based on literature reviews and service quality theories.At first, the paper adjusts the SERVQUAL model in order to suit the service quality of travel in Chinese duan-ink stone culture county.Secondly, basing on the model we developed previously, a questionnaire is designed to survey the perception of tourists.Finally, on the basis of the data, the paper make an objective evaluation about the satisfaction of tourists and the service quality of travel in Chinese duan-ink stone culture county.
