Research on the Influence of Market Knowledge Transfer on Product R&D Capability
A model of the relationship among market knowledge transfer, corporate culture and product R&D capability is constructed and verified by using structural equation methodology analysis and hierarchical regression model based on the survey data of 250 enterprises, the results indicate that market knowledge sharing capacity, market knowledge transfer channels and market knowledge absorbing capacity have a positive influence on product R&D capability, while supportive culture and creative culture can strengthen the influence.
