Study on Compensation Model of Landless Villagers in Urban Village Renovation

摘要：

　　Village renovation promotes the development of Chinas urbanization, but also puts forward new demands for land-lost villagers social security.The existing compensation mechanism is imperfect, which cannot guarantee their sustainable living.By referring to the experience of domestic land expropriation and resettlement compensation, land-lost villagers living status is considered.Taking the complete compensation principle as the instruction and the villagers economic, education, employment, social security as the core contents, a diversified compensation model of sustainable living for landless villagers is established.
