Enterprises Green Logistics Implement Risk Evaluate
The China Logistics and Purchasing Federation and China Logistics Association co-sponsored the2011 China Logistics Development Report at 2011,a set of data had released from the report explain that the demand of social logistics increased very fast and the logistics market was expanding in the Eleventh Five-Year period.Under the premise of countries advocated the green economy and peoples awareness of environmental protection were gradually increasing, the development of logistics industry will be put forward in higher requirement, and green logistics will be a trend in the logistics industry.Green logistics is conducive to the ecology and sustainable development of Chinas logistics industry.For green logistics industry, it is not only just to support the continued growth of the economy, but also can reduce operating costs and improve its ability to resist risks through increased efficiency, so that contribute to the rapid development of Chinas economic with its healthy and stable development.This paper analysis the risk factors of green logistics through SWOT method.And then we can propose appropriate SWOT strategies, analysis the implementation risk that will help the enterprise to aware implementing risk.At last use the fuzzy evaluation method to identify risk factors, make the enterprise to prepare the measure for the risk.
