Comparative Analysis on Strategies of Regional Water Resources in 2025

摘要：

　　The urging demands of water resource and deteriorating water conditions become a serious impediment for Chinas economic success.Therefore it is of great importance to optimize allocation of water resources to ensure its sustainable utilization.In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution among different provinces in 2025, an empirical study is conducted and an effective solution is proposed.Based on time series model, the reserves and consumption of water resource in several provinces are forecasted.Using cost-effectiveness model, the cost and effectiveness among three existing methods are compared, and the most effective one is recommended.
