Resource-based Enterprises:Why and How to Engage in Cooperative Innovation

　　Resource-based enterprises play a supporting role on Chinese economic development.Cooperative innovation of resource-based enterprises is a hot topic.Based on resource-based view and institutional theory, the reasons of cooperative innovation are expounded.A discrete model of how resource-based enterprises improve the performance of cooperative innovation through knowledge management is established.In according with theoretical analysis, practical implications for resource-based enterprises are proposed at last.
