Research on Supermodular Function and Complementarities between Elements of Organizational Innovation in Manufacturing Enterprise

摘要：

　　In order to fully understand complementarities between the elements of organizational innovation in manufacturing enterprises, this research is to test complementarities between the elements of organization innovation by use of supermodular function, and makes a comparative analysis of the complementary effect produced in elements of organizational innovation.The main conclusion is that the systemic effects produced from multi-elements co-changing are greater than accumulated effects from single element changing.Therefore, different organizational elements should be considered together in the process of organizational innovation.
