Supply Chain Pre-modeling Decisions for Model Efficiency
A summary focusing key issues before drawing the mathematical model of supply chain is presented.As a dynamic system, supply chain is generally under various disturbances of uncertainty.Choices in terms of decisions to be made, on management efficiency or calculation efficiency, should be determined to ensure that the subsequent modeling and simulation works performance well.The best combination of choices show that hybrid model, integrated computation and centralized management method could result in more efficient supply chain modeling.
