Effect of Aluminous Form on Underwater Explosion Performance of Aluminized Explosives
The new aluminized explosives are proposed by replacing aluminum powder in tra ditional aluminized explosive with aluminum fiber and aluminum film respectively. The purposes are not only to improve mechanical properties and lower the impact sensitivity of traditional alu minized explosives but also to reduce environmental pollution in the aluminum particle produc tion process. The pressure-time curves of different aluminous form aluminized explosives are measured by underwater explosion experiments. The peak pressure, impulse, shock wave energy and bubble energy are obtained by analyzing the curves. The differences of different aluminous form aluminized explosives are analyzed. The results show that aluminous form obviously influ ence some underwater performance of aluminized explosives, such as peak pressure and specific shock energy, but aluminous form has little influence on the specific bubble energy and shock impulse. The aluminous form influence the time of different form aluminum react in detonation products, which influence the underwater explosion performance.
