Blasting Demolition of 3 Large Reinforced Concrete Chimneys
According to the surroundings, the one-time explosive demolition of 3 large rein forced concrete chimneys with height 240m, 150m and 180m respectively is introduced.The up side down trapezoidal blasting cut is adopted, the blasting cuts angle is 223° and the height is 6 to 7 times the wall thickness at the bottom of the chimney respectively.The triangle directional windows are set up at the upper comer of the cuts, the bottom width is 3m and the height is equal to the cuts height.The rectangular off-loading grooves are set up in the center line of the blasting cuts, the bottom width is 2m and the height is equal to the cuts height too.The blast holes are dilled in the stand columns of the platform for collecting dust, the blasting cuts height is equal to the columns height.The dump and collapse of the chimneys body along the designed directions are achieved after blasting, the crushing effect of the chimneys body are fine.
