Technology Study of Safety Pillar Protection Air Cushion Blasting
Quite a few underground mines stope roof rock is relatively weak, the stability of surrounding rock is poor, blasting also produced a large number of micro-cracks in rock, thus ag gravatingly reduced the physical property of rock after blasting, this is the main reason of roof wall rock easy to collapse when the stope goal is comparatively large, that is serious impact on mine safety.Through vibration reducing mechanism research of safety pillar protection air cush ion blasting, we have developed cushion blasting spacer and achieved bottom interval charging in upward hole in the underground mine.From the perspective of field test results, explosive con sumption reduce 10% ~ 20%, significantly reduce the blasting damage to the roof and pillar, es pecially, the effect more visible when it close to the roof, and moderate blasting blocks, blasting throw distance decreases, concentrated blasting pile.The technology has important significance for blasting near the roof and pillar for underground mines, but also applies to other types of mine blasting.
