Discussion on Safety Management of the Deep-hole Loosing Controlled Blasting in the Open Pit Quarry
With the development of blasting technology, blasting application domain expands unceasingly.Among them, the deep-hole controlled blasting technology has been widely used in open pit quarry.The safety technical requirement is very high, and construction environment is complex and changeable, construction organization and management is very difficult.In recent years, there are many safety accidents in quarry blasting, accident lesson is quite profound, safety management research is very necessary.This paper first analyzes the related theory and method of the open medium-depth hole blas ting, then introduces the construction management level and all sort of problems existing in the construction process, including two aspects of technology and management.Finally, on the basis of previous work, and combining the particularity of the construction of the open cast mining, Summary worked out a set of their own for the open medium-depth hole blasting construction safety management system and measures, to a certain extent for mine safety management of blas ting construction reference.
