High Efficiency Organic Light-emitting Diode Based on uv Stable Terbium Aromatic Carboxylates

  The development of organic light-emit ring diodes (OLEDs) based on lanthanide aromatic car boxylates has been limited due to their low solubility and volatility.In this paper we show the possibility to produce solution-processable lanthanide aromatic car boxylate based OLED using the new MLCFD-method (mixed-ligand complexes formation-decomposition), which was reported by us earlier 5.The devices, based on terbium aromatic carboxylates, were fabrica ted and their structure were optimized.
