Obtaining a Compact Subgroup of Vanadium Nitrides Using the Approach by Oxidative Construction of Thin-walled Ceramics (OCTC) and Investigation of its Properties

　　Oxidative construction of thin-walled ceramics (OCTC) is used to obtain compact niobium nitrides and vanadium nitrides with the given phase composition in the form of finished products.The change in the sample phase composition is studied at different temperature modes.The internal stresses cal culated arising through the features of the material ob tained by OCTC method.
