Stabilization of the Incommensurate Phase in Ferroelectric Composite(NaNO2) 0.80-(KNO2) 0.20
We investigate temperature-frequency dependence of the composite (NaSO2) 0.80-(KNO2) 0.20 dielectric properties.We have discovered the upper phase transition temperature hysteresis and the change of the existence of an incommensurate phase.The real part of the permittivity at low frequencies (f <105 Hz) is less with cooling than during heating, while for tg δ there is an inverse relationship.
