Special Features of Usage of Bismuth Anisotropic Thermoelements-based Heat Flow Sensor for the Investigation of Fast Processes

  The authors suggest a new approach to the research of fast processes kineties involving heat transfer by means of fiat heat flow sensor based on bismuth anisotropic thermoelements characterized by 6 ms time response.The experimental data describing pure Ga crystallization rate under different freezing temperatures was fixed.
