　　Thus, in the course of numerous studies we have established that conversion processes in bone tissues proceed both at all levels of its components, and in the surrounding bioliquids.Against the background of destruction and compaction of collagen there are in tensive processes of demineralization, in the course of which dissolution of the crystal base takes place hydroxyapatite by isomorphic substitution of its struc tural ions, as well as by changing the composition and pH of the surface layer.In the synovial liquid, favora ble conditions are created: for deposition of the mineral phases, for reduction of viscosity and increased acid concentration of sediment-ions.This phase formation can be considered, on the one hand, as one of the fac tors stimulating the development of pathological changes in the bone, on the other, as the restoration of physical and chemical equilibrium in the human body.
