Definition of Parameters of Crystallization at Formation Brushite
Participation in the formation and deg radation of hard tissue biocompatibility, bioactivity brnshite necessitated the study of the laws and the char acteristics of its crystallization.This paper presents the results of d experimental study of the influence of pa rameters of the crystallization temperature and the syn thesis conditions on the ability and patterns of the pre cipitation of calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, its morphology and composition of the particulate.In gen eral, the results of experimental investigations of phase formation in the system Ca (NO3)2-(NH4)2HPO4 H20 agree well and complement each other.In the course of a comprehensive study of the spontaneous crystallization of sparingly soluble calcium phosphates, controlled, as is known, factors such as the thermody nalnic and kinetic nature, the estimated driving force of the precipitation of brnshite, established the influence of several factors on the patterns of phase formation in the system Ca(NO3)2-(NH4)2HPO4-H20, revealed its features.
