Effect of Recovery Processes on Electrical Resistivity and Martensitic Transformations in TiNi-based Alloys after ECAP and 《 abc》-pressing

  This paper presents the effect of heating on electrical resistivity in the samples of TiNi based al loys after severe plastic deformation.The intense growth of electrical resistivity is caused by grain refine ment and internal residual stress when deformation temperature is less than 673K is observed.Significant part these stress is relaxed at heating in range of 473673K.Obtained ultrafine-grained state is characterized by sufficient thermal stability at least to 673K.
